1. Non-Public Financial Records
FINSAG handles sensitive financial documents including vendor purchase invoices, tax returns, ledger accounts, and Tally vouchers. None of this data is ever published, indexed, or made accessible to public web scrapers or search engines.
2. Private Document Storage & Encryption
Uploaded documents are stored in secure local storage or encrypted cloud buckets behind strict authentication barriers. Every intake file receives a SHA-256 integrity fingerprint to detect tampering or accidental duplication.
3. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) & Audit Logging
Document viewing, extraction editing, and approval permissions are restricted according to verified user roles. Every interaction, modification, and approval timestamp is recorded in an immutable audit log.
